Yes it does have antitheft. This website is mainly for GM vehicles, but the same principle and fix works on your Honda as well.

SOURCE: my 94 honda accord keeps dieing out

Could be a couple things but it sounds like maybe your fuel pump is going out. There could also be a clog somewhere along the line. Try adding a fuel cleaner/additive to the tank when you fill it next time, see if that helps.

SOURCE: HONDA ACCORD 94 PUSH ON THE GAS AND IT DOSNT WANT TO GO

make sure your fuel does NOT have any ethanol in it. these engines don't like corn fuel. i had a similar hesitation problem. it was from using gas w/ 10% ethanol. i switched to 100% gas, no more hesitation.

SOURCE: my 94 honda accord cut out while driving and will

there are two posible culprits, one, is your distributer, and one is your gas pump. lets hope its your distributor because a gas pump costs like 500 dollars to change. well to know if its your distributor, it will take a couple of hours to cool down, and once it does cool down, it will start back up, and cut off while driving. thats the simplest way to check your distributor. if its your gas pump, the only way to check your gas pump is to check the gas pressure. and most of the time, it might mean gas spraying everywhere. so if i where you, i would wait a couple of hours, and try to start it. if it starts, change the distributor. it costs like 180 at autozone. if you need more assistance, just reply. good luck

Gas filter

The Fuel Filter Canister on a 2.2L 1996 Honda Accord is in the back of the engine compartment near the drivers side by the fire wall. It is a round canister with one hose attached to the top, and the bottom, it also has a band around the center of the filter attaching it to a bracket. It is to the left of and slightly below the brake master cylinder. The Best way to relieve the fuel press is by removing the main 20 Amp Fuse in the Fuse Box under the hood and starting the car and letting it die until all the fuel in the line is used up. After reinstalling the Filter, reinstall the Fuse and turn the ignition swich on and off a few times all the way to the start position without starting the car, this lets the fuel pump repressurize the system.

Where is the starter relay on a 94 Honda Accord

Yes, it sounds like your solenoid is bad and staying engaged against the flywheel, you could do an amperage draw and a voltage drop test to find out for sure, but you will need an DVOM and a amp clamp. Or you could take it into an auto parts store and they will test it for free. Hope this helps.
