Ok, with 6 cd, big problem. Anyway, Try taking out the fuse labeled on the lid of the fuses boxfor IGN "and" the one for the cd player or audio system. Try re-positioning everything in complete order. Turn on the Audio system, if it works, then you are welcome, if not, you should try getting a new audio system on ebay. 6 cd player is a lot easier to "not repair"

When you changed the starter, did you disconnect the battery? And if you did did you reset the security system and engine Immobilizer?

2008 Toyota Sienna, overhead DVD player will not power on

It would definitely have a fuse somewhere. If you have the owner's manual, that would show you where it is. It may be in the power distribution center, or block, that is under the hood, and close to the battery. Some vehicles have more than one of these small boxes in the engine bay that hold large and small fuses and relays. And then there would be a fuse panel somewhere inside the car, usually on the driver's side under the dash. Maybe behind the kick panel near the floor (where your left foot rests when driving).
Good luck. If you can't find the fuse, ask the dealer where it would be.

yes, but you will not have traction control available. The lights mean that trouble codes have been set. If you are worried about driving a long distance to a dealership, any major auto parts store will be able to read out the codes for free and even reset the lights if you wish.

My keyless entry stopped working on my 2008 Toyota Sienna. Can it be "reset"?

This is only a guess but if you disconnect the battery for a few minutes this may reset your keyless entry. It will reset your clock and radio, etc. See if problem is listed in owners manual.
Good luck and thanks for your question and I hope my suggestions help. burdfrenzy

The maintenance required light has come on and we have just had the oil and filter changed. How do we reset the system. I have a 2008 Toyota Sienna.

Key in the off position, press and hold odometer button, turn key on. If done properly, you will see dashes on odometer, they will disappear in 10 seconds. You may now remove finger from button. The system has been reset.

Toyota Avalon 2000 xls cd player does not work

If you are using "home-made" or "burnt" CDs, this can happen. Sometimes, you can remove the radio from the dash, and unplug it. That may reset the CD player, and the discs will eject.
It works for me about 85% of the time. Hope this helps.
