P0422 and 432 are for the catalytic converters,
the 2112 is for a stuck throttle start here first and do research on this first. ,
if its drive by wire, meaning it uses electricity to move the butterfly on the throttle body (and not a mechanical cable) then clean out the throttle body with a can of throttle body cleaner and have a buddy hit the gas while you visually confirm its opening and closing properly , it has a motor inside there and it could go bad but its rare, it could have junk inside there keeping it from closing all the way too and you might not be able to see it.

the catalytic converter codes are a bit simpler in my opinion. check the tail pipes while its running for sufficent back pressure,
low pressure coming out the pipes means you have a clogged cat
a sulfer smell or a old bad egg smell is a sign of a bad catalytic converter,.
last but not least get a wrench or similar object and tap the cats and listen for a sound indicating that the material inside has broken free. its hard to explain the sound you will hear but it will be more of a rattling sound.
good luck!

Weell it sounds like you have the days old problem Pepole dont know how to look after there cars.
The muck you still have in the engine isent doing it any good and so you have to get rid of it all, as its in the engine block and is got to go ,,so drain a little of water out and put in 1/2 a cup of washing up liquid in the radiator and start the engine and let it get hot and take the reves up to 1000 rpm now and then to keep the water going around the system, after about 1/4 hr turn off,,stand for 10 minutes ,,and then remove the cap slowly and then take off the Bottom hose and let all water out also take off Top hose at the engine end and put the house water hose in the top and turn it on till all water comes out clean. Then put hose up into the bottom hose and do the same again ,and the same in top again. Now with a clean engine you can do the same to the new Radiator and wash out all gunk .then check the thermostat and make sure its 100% (any doubt through it out) and take note how it comes out so you can fit a new one the same way,
Now refit both hoses and fill with coolant or antifreeze and TURN on the heater to hot before starting as you also have to get out the air from heater when it was drained and you will trap the air which might cause you code problems..
But now try service light reset
1,,Turn Ignition to Number 1position.
2,,Press and hold "day counter"reset button and turn
ignition to II(second) position, hold down for about 12 seconds.
3,,Afterservice light flashes, release button, there should be 2 beeps confirming reset was successful.
Let me know how you get on .. Ron

SOURCE: fuel door does not open

I can't promise that this will apply to your car, but in my Audi, there is a manual release cable in the trunk, and your car may have one too. Go into the trunk, pull back the trunk lining on the side where the gas filler door is and look for a pull cord. Often the European cars have this feature since their gas doors are unlatched electronically, and this serves as a backup in case the electronic release fails. Take a look and see if you have this feature - I'd almost be surprised if you don't.

If you are talking about the thermo electric cooling fan, its operation is independent of the car's electical system. It is switched on and off by the engine temperature. When you park, the engine heat soaks upward to heat the thermostat turning the fan on. It will run until the engine cools down and the thermostat switches it off.

2000 volvo s80 t6 engine runs fine but no power goes to the wheels. If you shut off the car it will drive for a few feet then there will be no power to the wheels. You can rev the engine to as many rpms...

If it is auto then run the fault codes and look for a problem in the torque converter clutch solenoid /servo sensor /unit. Check for oil level in the transmission and check for faulty TCM in transmission.

Transmission slipping

not necessarily-- Have an oil pressure test done to determine for internal failures.. Have the bands and clutch packs adjusted. Have the oil changed as it may be just dirty oil. Run the fault codes and check for TCM faults. A transmission replacement should be considered the absolutely last resort and a second opinion sought if it is recommended.

2001 VOLVO S80 T6. Failed sensor caused transmission destruction.

They are solenoids that go bad. If you replace one, replace all four solenoids. The kit costs about $100 on ebay. It is a difficult job gaining access to the inside of transmission. Pay someone that knows how it's done.
