2005 Toyota Highlander will not turn over. The battery good. There is power at the starter. The power windows don't work. The radio doesn't work. I didn't find any blown fuses. Any ideas?

battery (good cold cranking amp)? main electrical connections ( + & - cable terminals shiny cleaned & tight to battery terminals & body)? new may not be good (did starter vendor test it, before installation?) some auto parts store will do FREE battery, alternator, & starter tests. fuse, starter relay, ignition switch?
If you went straight to starter with jumper cables and you got nothing then , then pull and have starter bench tested. Also make sure you haven't trigger some kind of security on your system that would lock you out from starting. you should see a security light flashing if you did.
Well you may have more than one problem. As far as cranking, a mechanic would check for voltage at the starter and trace back to the key switch. The key switch could cause both problems. There is also a neutral safety switch that could cause it not to crank. You could also have a bad ground connection between the engine and body.
Starter may be locked up or bad. If Starter is Ok then it will be in the Ground from the starter. If Engine is Cranking and not turning over you are either not getting 1 or 2 things spark or fuel. No Fuel chances are, it is a bad fuel pump, If No spark it is a bad coil or distributor.
It's not a common problem that i know of. I would start by checking charging voltage and pressence of AC voltage in the system with the engine on. Low charging voltage and excessive ac voltage can cause odd electrical problems.
it should be located under the battery and you will have to remove that and should also remove the battery mount, also there should be 2 or 3 bolts that you will need to remove they are either 15mm 0r 17mm, but first disconnect the electrical wiring from the starter and then remove bolts, make sure to use a 6 point socket so you don't strip the bolt,
If all your other windows are working it must be a loose connector at the power window regulator. You have to remove the door trim and check the connector. If there is a water leak it could have cause damage to the window regulator itself or cause corrosion in the connector
Even I am having the same problem. In addition to power windows and turn signal, the seat belt sign is also not working. Let me know if you find otu something and same with me, if I figure something out I will let you know
Have the battery tested 1st, if that is ok then the problem is the starter solenoid contacts are burnt and causing a intermittent loss of connection which causes a no crank.
