your throttle body door is stuck open check the cable from the gas pedel to the throttle body. if anything just to both cables off the throttle body andrun it. if it is the same with cables off when your idle air control valve is bad
remove the air inlet hose to expose the throttle body, open the flap(simulating wide open throttle) spray carb n choke cleaner in to the engine if the engine start u have a fuel problem, like fuel pump or no injector pulse. if the car still doesnot start then u have a ignition problem, cranksensor or cam sensor etc... they should set a code
clean the IAC. Use spray carb cleaner and spray the idle air control valve. It is on the throttle body near the throttle plate. It may have become stuck with deposits.
Clean the throttle body as well. Check for vacuum leaks
