Check timing belt/condition to see if timing has jumped. Another possibility is cylinder wash down caused by water entering the cylinders wiping away the oil inside the cylinders. This could cause a low compression issue as the rings will not seal properly. You can remove the spark plugs and squirt some oil in each individual cylinder then crank the engine over to distribute the oil inside each cylinder to help raise compression.

CHANGE FUEL FILTER.SQUIRT FEW DROPS OF OIL IN EACH CYLINDER REMOVE SPARK PLUGS SQUIRT A LITTLE ENGINE OIL DOWN IN THE CYLINDERS TO SEAL THE COMPRESSION RINGS BUILD UP COMPRESSION SO ENGINE WILL START.
Probably the ECM. Lot's of checks to make to see if that is it. Does it try to fire up if ether is squirted in the intake? Is the security light on? Does the dash say "No Bus" Does the fuel pump come on?
If it has a security system don't bother with a junk yard ECM, the car will kill it. Run for 4 seconds and die.

take compression test
if it has fuel and spark and timming is good
compression could be low do to low oil level at one time
if commpression low need to rebuild or replace engine
check your ecm-ign fuse.if it is ok check to see if you have power to your spider injector.if you have power, you either have a bad computer or a bad connection between the computer and the inj.do you have spark??.if you have no spark check your ign module or bad connection at the ign module.i have seen that before.
You should try checking the fuel pressure to see if it too low. If the pump sat for a long time like that and then was turned on for awhile it may have bought the farm. It may still be pumping, but just not enough. Try givng it a compression check as well just to see if it has any problems there.
