There should two separate bulbs for marker and blinker. It sounds like a bulb is burnt out, bad ground, melted socket or a wiring anomaly. Are you certain it's supposed to have 57 series dual element bulbs for blinker and markers?
seems you have several different problems. High beam working and no low beams=dimmer switch is bad. Reverse lamp not working=bulb socket bad, wiring broke, bad ground at back
Brake light on drivers side stuck on=brake light switch
You have a bad connection at the rear passenger side turn signal. It is either the connection is corroded or a wire is loose on the ground side of the circuit.
buy a test light ($5)
turn passenger side blinker on
place clip of test light on a good earth
use test light to check for power to the bulb
if no power is found you will have to check for power at the blinker assembly inside the car
if you find power at the bulb but the bulb doesn't flash you may have a bad earth
