Usually when they flash fast means a bulb on that side is bad.

Turn signal fuse is in the fuse box under the hood. Usually on the drivers side or near the battery. Take the top off the fuse box and flip it ovet there should be labels saying what fuse/relay controls what accessories. You may need to trace the wires from there to each bulb socket. If it has been in a accident one time or another that area is the first place i would look for bad or broken wire's. Sometimes it can take years for a wire to rub thrue or corrode.

Blinkers don't work at all. Where can I find the fuse or relay? I'm very frustrated. I need help.

Chris, fuse could be down under the dash to the left kind of near where your left knee would be when you are driving or under hood (engine compartment) in the fuse/relay center.
It could also be faulty flasher, wiring, etc
I will post some trouble shooting links for you.

Check for corrosion in socket. Clean contacts.
Check for poor ground at socket. Turn signal flashes too fast or too slow Check any bulb on the side flashing too fast. A heavy-duty bulb is probably installed In place of a regular bulb
Check the bulb flashing too slow. A standard bulb was probably installed in place of a heavy-duty bulb
Check for loose connections or corrosion at the bulb socket Indicator lights don't work in either direction Check If the turn signals are working
Check the dash indicator lights
Check the flasher by substitution One Indicator light doesn't light On systems with 1 dash indicator:

2005 Dodge Magnum RT. Left turn signal in rear, flashes fast rear bulb replaced but blinker still blinks fast occassionally and rear turn signal light socket has no voltage when this happens. Where is the...

When its blinking fast look at both front and rear to verify which bulb isnt flashing. If the right works OK, then the flasher is OK. The flasher is INSIDE the front control module/integrated power module. If you cant find the problem, you may need a dealer to check it.

My blinkers dont work. fuse is good. hazards work. what might the problem be

locate the hazard flasher unit under the dash by turning on flasher and feel flasher unit clicking. the turn flasher unit looks ths same and is close to the signal flash unit and may be interchangable. switch the 2 units and see if the turn flashers work now and replace faulty flash unit

I need to find where to replace the flasher on my chrysler sebring 1997 lxi. the blinkers arent working and the guy at the auto shop said it was under the dash but i dont see it

Many newer cars have a cover over the fuse panels, look for a small "door" that you can remove to gain access. The owners manual may give you a better indication.

Where is the flasher relay unit

1ST double check that all the bulbs for the pass. side turn signals are working. if even one is out it can make the blinker not "blink". so compare the pass. side lights to the driv. side to make sure u did not miss something. NEXT,if thats not the problem, then u can locate the flasher by 1ST looking in the fuse box(probably inside the glove box or under the drivers side dash) theres a good chance it might not be there(years ago every car had the flasher in the fuse box) SO TURN ON THE DRIVERS SIDE BLINKER (key on) and LISTEN OR FEEL UNDER THE DASH FOR THE FLASHERS NOISE--LOOK NEAR THE STEERING COLUMN,BRAKE PEDAL, EVEN BEHIND THE ASH TRAY!! hope this helps you!

Blinker stopped working, but the hazard lights still work - I think it's a blown fuse but how and where do I fix the fuse

There is 2 different flashers. One flasher for the turn signals and one flasher for the hazards. If you turn on the turn signals and the turn indicator on the dash lights up but doesn't blink, then most likely it is the turn signal flasher that is bad. Good luck.
