Where is 1992 Dodge Spirt air filter located .....is it rectangular or oval ?

It's located on the air intake tubing between the air filter box and throttle body.usually rectangular,mounted to intake w/screws,and has a wiring connector.DON'T touch the wires inside,clean only with electrical contact cleaning spray. Best O'Luck

Looks like a vacuum reservoir to me. Was it hooked up? does air leak out of it?

I replaced fuel filter 1992 Dodge Ram W150 4wd 5.2 engine...located inside frame rail psgr side just fwd of rear wheel. mounted 1/2 in. bolt.

the filter is located by the fuel tank under the car on the passenger side along the front side of the tank.

To replace the filter on your Honda CBR - Locate your air filter, usually found on top of the engine. The air filter is a long rectangular shape and is located is the front section of the air intake cover. Dead center and right on top of your engine. It is square rather than round like most but still sits right on top of your carburator/fuel injector. 2 wing nuts release it.

your air filter goesin a black housing located in the left front corner of the engine compartment. you will need to remove the housing screws and lift off the cover. lift out the old filter and replace it with the new filter.hope this will help!!!

If i am not mistaken you cant "tighten" it up...the belt tension is automatic controlled by the belt tensioner.

Open the glove box

Remove all of the contents in the glove box

On the right side, dis-engage the rod going to the split plastic pin on the glove box door

Squeeze both other sides of the glove box to defeat the stops that keeps the glove box from falling open

Observe the box in the area vacated by letting the glove box drop down, this is the heater box

Locate a rectangular cover (approx 7 " x 2"), it is located on the face of the box; facing you.

Pull this cover out towards you, the cabin air filter is located in the tray that is connected to this rectangular cover.

This should help you replace it.

The cabin air filter is located by the passenger floor board, if you have a dual or triple zone a/c unit. If the unit is just a single zone unit there is no cabin air filter.
Underneath the glove box (next to the floor) there is a rectangular cover. Remove the cover and the cabin air filter is located above that.
Just remove the filter and install the new one.
