iac valve is sticking remove valve and clean the shaft so it moves freely. This is a very easy fix.

take it via tow truck to a reputable transmission shop it is likely done with and very expensive to fix could be something simple but these transmissions are known to fail more than others. if it is failed you will have to weigh the cost of repair versus the value of the vehicle. this is a tough call. you must know whats wrong with it before you can move on this so tow it to a shop a transmission shop with good reviews, not the dealer they will charge you too much money for sure. good luck.
