1. ask real nicely at a car service place if they could jack your car up on their hoist and blast some compressed air into the AC drain Pipe.
With the hydraulic hoist it makes the job so much easier and takes less than one minute to do.
2. Go to a service station that has compressed air and try to crawl under your car and do it yourself

option 1 is much easier .

The variable speed control sensor may be defective. Many times these are tested with a computer at the service station.
