you need to use a window crank removing tool and remove handle. Make sure window is all the way up before reinstalling handle on splines.

Power window relay under hood in relay box. Try switching out with another relay from something else.

Good question, I struggled with this very dilemma for the longest time. I tried everything short of smashing it off. I had all the panels removed and by the way there is three of the friggin things... But just couldn't get the handles off the finish it. I ended up taking it to the dealer to remove them for me. Some say that you need a handle remover tool, but I have yet to find one for sale anywhere...

replace the switch is the drivers side operates the window normally.
