when you filled it up all the time did you keep filling even after the auto on the gas pump went off. in other words did you keep putting in gas to round the pump up to a round number. If so you could have pushed raw gas into a little filter and that will give you the same code. i seen it on moterweek, hope that helps.
you might have the brake shoes adjusted out too much, back them off a little bit and far as the sensor goes, its located on the fuel rail where the injectors are.
