Hi,If you are mechanicly inclined replacing the timing belt should be simple ,If the car still runing be sure to aling the timing marks perfect and make a note of the position in a piece of paper,If not you can get the specs at the auto parts where you get the belt ...YES they can jump do to wear and they can cause valves to bend ,this can also cause major engine damage....

i have done a few timing chains, you should go get a manual so you can go back and reference when you need to. I can tell you this "do not" move the cam or crank when the belt or chain is off. Hope it helps

I'm going to guess that your power window motor has about given up the ghost. You may take it in to a mechanic's shop and ask them where the regulator is, however. I just doubt it will be an easy to find piece.

If I doint mistake, the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor is located on the top back of the intake manifold under the engine cover.
