SOURCE: Front passenger seat jammed

I would guess that something might be jammed in the tracks or it is an electrical issue. Sometimes the connections to the switches are bad, sometimes the switch itself is bad, and sometimes the moter is burned out. Listen to hear if the motor is running, if so, check the track and see if it is jammed. If you don't hear anything you have some electrical tracking to do.

SOURCE: remove the rear seats

The fuel pump is not under the back seat.but if you still wanyt t remove it just look beteen the seat and the floor carpet the is a little piece of flat metal sticking out, use a pliers or vise grip to hold it and pull forward while push the seat up at the same time. Mine was a little stiff but it did come out.

I HAVE A 1991 LEXUS LS 400 THE SEAT ON THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE ANE THE PASSENGER SIDE WANT HEAT UP. BOTH LIGHTS ON THE DASH LIGHT UP,BUT THE SEAT WANT HEAT UP

Disconnect the seat heater and use a meter to check if there's any continuity on the heater or if it's an open circuit. If open, then heater is bad.

Want to know if my alternator is under my power stering pump on 1993 lexus ls 400

Yes
You may have to remove the power steering pump in order to get your hands down in the passenger side of the engine to remove it.
when reinstalling pump be careful not to let any power steering fluid drip down into alternator. That could cause a premature failure of the alternator.

Installing seat gone wrong.

Check your large main fuses, these are block type devices.Sounds like you blew a big one.
Sometimes there is an extra set right beside the positive cable clamp.
In future disconnect the battery when working on electrical, just in case.
