SOURCE: Front passenger seat jammed
I would guess that something might be jammed in the tracks or it is an electrical issue. Sometimes the connections to the switches are bad, sometimes the switch itself is bad, and sometimes the moter is burned out. Listen to hear if the motor is running, if so, check the track and see if it is jammed. If you don't hear anything you have some electrical tracking to do.
SOURCE: remove the rear seats
The fuel pump is not under the back seat.but if you still wanyt t remove it just look beteen the seat and the floor carpet the is a little piece of flat metal sticking out, use a pliers or vise grip to hold it and pull forward while push the seat up at the same time. Mine was a little stiff but it did come out.
SOURCE: how to fix a seat
it is twenty years old. try and find a replacement seat at a junkyard or on ebay. you are not going to get it fixed for less than the price of a used seat.
