Dealer with vin or vehicle -and all info on radio copy of sale --and proof of ownership of vehicle
Unless you have a computer, like a GM tech II your will have to take it to someone like a GM dealer to unlock it.
I have a civic and as far as the unlocking code I checked in the glove box and there is a little white sticker with the numbers that I had to put into my radio to unlock. Not sure with the sunfire though...you could always call up your dealership and they'd probably have it.
