so you wasted your money on a fuel pump.. now take it to someone who can actually troubleshoot and repair the problem you have...its cheaper sometimes to pay
Check if there is a separate fuse for the hazard lights circuit on your model. If so you can pull the fuse to stop the lights flashing until the hazard light switch, or whatever the cause of the problem is, can be rectfied.
try cheapest first; change fuel filter, if that doesn't work try fuel pump, if that doesn't work, it may be the fuel injection system, either the computer part of it or the mechanics of it
Replace the fuel filter it is most likely clogged, I would also get a fuel system maintance done also most garages charge about $50-$75 be sure to get it done.
