you fried has done a lot wrong and has upset the electronc balance necessary to run the ECM program properly. It is no longer a matter of cutting in anywhere for power. Pull it out and repair any wires cut or spliced then take it to an authorised radio installer shop and have it fitted proprly.
with todays electronic controlled cars ,the best advice is to have the retailer fit the units for you as they have the experience and the tech knowledge to do the job

When I turn on the rear defrost the radio loses reception. is there a short between the radio antenna and rear defrost

Heated rear windows have a high voltage load, quickest and easy resolve would be to install an inline suppressor to where the aerial plugs into the back of the stereo, available from all car audio store, it will improve your reception also.

TURN ON THE REAR DEFROST AND THE RADIO GOES TO STATIC. 2006 HONDA ACCORD EX-L

How to retrieve a radio code for a 1998 Honda Accord without having to take out the radio. Dealership wants $80 to get this.

Hold down the 1 and 6 buttons on the radio and turn it on. That will cause it to display an 8 digit code. Call this code to the parts department of your local Honda dealer and they should give you the code.(Hopefully) Keith
