SOURCE: ac relay location in fuse box

you have to refer to the owner's manual. that is where they list the fuse/relay locations. if not there, you may need to refer to the diesel supplement book. but i think it will be in the owners manual. i have a 2002 f250 and that's where mine are.

SOURCE: need fuse list for 2001 ford f350 trailer lights

In the fuse box under the hood, fuse in position 20 is a 7.5amp fuse for the trailer left turn circuit, fuse in position 22 is a 7.5 amp fuse for the right turn circuit, if the fuses are good and you have power at them it is going to be wiring, at the back of the truck close to the driver side at the bumper is a gray connector that will take factory wiring to you trailer wiring the yellow wire is left turn/brake light, the green wire is right turn/brake light, and the brown is tail lights, and the orange wire is 12volt feed for if there is a battery on the trailer that needs to be kept charged for break away safty brakes.

Can't find backup light fuse for 2001 F350 ford pickup. It's not in the fuse panel box.

I suggest check in the Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel the position 28, 15AMP for Brake Shift Interlock, DRL Relay Coil, Speed Control Module, Backup Lamps, Trailer Tow Backup Lamp Relay Coil, Electronic Shift On The Fly Hub Lock Solenoid, Vacuum Pump Motor...

zjlimited_957.jpg

The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.

Hope this helps (remember to rate this answer).

2001 F150 supercrew w/ factory towing - No tail lights on trailer

Not sure which fuse you checked.
The Engine Compartment Fuse Panel ( Battery Junction Box / BJB ) is where the fuse is for the trailer tow adapter parking lamps.
Fuse # 5 is the fuse for the parking lamps, and the reversing lamps.

Next is the trailer tow adapter park lamp relay. This is what BJB Fuse #5 feeds, and the coil is operated by the truck's parking lamps. This is also in the BJB, Relay 201, it is the 1/2 size relay.

Not sure what you took a resistance reading from on the trailer tow adapter.

If you want, you can pull the trailer tow park lamp relay, and jumper the normally open contacts, which should provide power at the trailer tow adapters, regardless of the truck's lights.

What is a tbc fault on a 2006 ford f350 6.0

That is your trailer brake controller that is built into your dash. If you are hooked up to a trailer it could mean you are losing your connection or ground to the trailer. If you are not connected to a trailer it means there is a problem with your brake controller possibly a short in the wiring caising the fault code.

Trailer Tow reversing relay ( non serviceable ) and the Trailer tow parking lamp relay are both fed from Fuse #10 ( coil on reversing relay is fed from reverse lamps & coil on parking lamp relay is fed from the parking lamps ).

Trailer Tow battery charge relay is fed from Fuse #106 ( coil is fed by fuse #13, hot in start / run position from key ).
