Sounds like you have a blown fuse. Check owners manual for location of fuses, should be under steering wheel.

Hello! In the Left Rear Fuse Block is the Reverse lamp fuse (10A)....The Reverse lamp relay is also located in that box...If the fuse doesn't fix it replace the relay...The relay is low cost....$6...See picture below...guru...saailer

It uses the fluid from the main reservoir for the front windshield although each one has its own pump. Sometimes if the main is not full enough the rear will not work. If the main reservoir is full I would investigate the pump for the rear window. Hope this helps

I would certainly replace the axle with play. But this may not be all. Could be wheel bearing as well.

you may want to check the fuse for the signals and asfor the locked windows, it sounds like your window lock has either seized or the button is off track. In any case, replacement would be the best option.

there shouldn't be any rear washer fluid reserve for you back window there's only one reserve and that's under the hood which controls the front and back. but also you can call your local dealer and ask them.
