Sounds like there is air in the line. Bleed the clutch line.

The hydraulic fluid level in the clutch master cylinder may be low. The rough ride can cause the fluid to fill with air bubbles. If the fluid has air in it, it will not compress properly and therefore the clutch will not disengage.

I have a 1985 Ford ranger standard shift after driving about 15 minutes the clutch starts smiling then if I let it sit and cool down it starts working right until it warms up again what can a do?

It is time to replace your clutch assembly and reface or change the flywheel. you may be able to do some adjustment but it will not last for long.

My 1996 Ford Ranger A/C does not come on. The compressor clutch does not seem to even try to engage. Was fine one minute than suddenly just stopped working next time I turned the car A/C on

Please checck the fuse to the clutch and also the relay to the clutch drive. Perhaps there is a loose line here that is working intermittent.
Try to engage and disengage to see if the solenoid works fine.
If not check if the relay contacts are faulty and heating.
If so replace.
I hope this must solve the issue.
