I have a Isuzu ELF Dump Truck and using 4HF1 Engine . But the Engine is over heating and boiled water . We already replace head gasked but not solved

some times the electronic fuel pump has such draw on the fuel lines from the tank or filter ,older fuel lines collapse , if the engine starts and stops that may be yr problem ,a temp fix is to install 1/4 inch springs into the lines until they are replaced with non collapsing hose

Clean off the old gasket. Put the new gasket on the new pump with high tack sealer or other sealer. Install the pump. Replace the o-ring on metal tube and put some silicone sealer on it. Reinstall bracket alt, a/c comp, and wires that were unplugged.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
