There is a vacuum routing guide under the hood on the federal emission certification sticker. If that Is no longer there I need to know the engine type, whether is federal or California certified engine emission system.

it has a throttle position sensor is right on the throttle body some trucks in this model came with electronic throttle is a two part throttle one is in the pedal the second in throttle body you have to use a scanner to find if it is the problem i had couple of experiences where the vacum lines next to the battery were broken they're made of hard plastic also look in the intake for cracked rubber hoses or spitted ends most likely that's the case hoping you find this helpful i thank you for your time

1994 Honda Acura idles with revs going up and down

Try cleaning out the IAC (idle air control) valve. Located behind the throttle body on the B18c engines. Like the TPS it can get dirty and fails to meter air intake properly, giving the symptoms of a vacuum leak.

Vacum line to hvac where does it conect to engine

Hello Mr. Wilkins.
It hooks up to the throttle body and can be difficult to find.
Looking into the engine compartment from the front, look to the left of the air intake near the throttle body at the top center of the engine. You may need to take off the air cleaner assembly to allow better access.
Have a good flashlight handy as that may make it easier to locate.
I use some rubber vacuum line to reconnect the heat-broken plastic line.

Front drive, 4 Wheel drive won't engage

that vacume line goes back to the transfer case, the end that goes behind the motor hooks to a steel tube so it does not get hot from the exhaust., my guess it should be hooked up so it will feed vacume to the vacume ball so it can lock in the axels. if you start the car and shift into 4 wheel drive and listen under hood you should hear a hissing sound, that is vacume, if you can't hear it there, you may have to craw under the right side to hear it, probably came unhooked underneith the car

No fuel to the engine

'puter wont deliver fuel if oil pressure switch is reading bad weak or faulty..or if ignition is not sending proper signal to 'puter....on the mechanical side...you could have a bad fuel pressure regulator sending all fuel right back the return line and not into the engine/ clogged fuel rail due to using some sort of nasty fule injector cleaner than turned the lines to jello inside..etc .etc.
