Did you also check the LB headlight relay. If LB and HB relays are the same you might want to switch them to see if Low Beam will start working.

Fuse box location. It is located underneath the instrument panel, on the passenger side, under the cover.

2010 Traverse. Passenger-side heater only blowing cold air; driver-side blows hot air and so does rear vents.

This sounds like the actuator door or motor on the heater is not moving. Be sure to check all fuses and make sure you have power to the actuator door.

Headlight bulb chevy traverse life

As I also had the dealer tell me it would be $120 - $150 to change I looked into it further. If you will remove the screws from the protective cover under the fender (just a few you do not need to remove the full fender cover). You can access the bulb. You will need to turn the housing and remove the bulb. Be sure to not touch the bulb as oil from your fingers will make certain you will be changing the bulb in a short time. Also I would use the standard bulb as the brighter bulbs run hotter and burned out very fast (2-3 months). If you turn the wheel your access to the bulb is easier. It is tight but by changing the bulb yourself you are saving a lot of money.

My head light on my 1998 Chevy malibu went out but when I replace the bulb it still wont work

When you replaced bulb, all wiring and bulb connector looked good,no corrusion, wires not burned or strayed. With dim lights, means just a little power going to light bulb.Did you check the fuse in fuse box, could be a loose connectoion, check both fuses, left and right headlight.swap them out and see,if fuses are good then,it may be the headlight switch, which cost the most. Here's a link on how to replace. Here's the part.

Headlight relay traverse

My 2011 Traverse had no LOW BEAMS ( Right and Left Side )
I changed the LOW BEAM RELAY ( a 4 prong relay ) in the fuse / relay box located under the hood on the passenger side. It didn't change the situation. Voltage was good at the relay terminals and I plugged the relay into another GM car and it worked fine. The NEXT place the voltage goes to is the LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS. The easier way to change them on a 2011 Traverse is to go through each wheel well - there is an access port behind the wheel well liner. YouTube has photos and videos on how to take this apart. Don't try to attack the problem from above in the engine compartment, the wheel well is the easier ( notice I said easier not easy ) way to go about it. BOTH of my Low Beam headlamps driver side and passenger side were burned out. I just bought the vehicle ( yeah...I know...who doesn't check the lights before buying a vehicle - right ? ) and at my wits end figured that it is such a pain in the rear to change the bulbs, that the lazy bastards that owned the vehicle just drove with one headlight and THEN the second one went out. If you can hear your low beam relay clicking ( you can feel it too if someone turns the headlights on with the key in the ignition turned to ON ) and you're getting 12 volts or higher at the relay terminals in both places ( the relay coil power and relay output terminals ) then the only thing next is the bulbs themselves. Thank God for small miracles. NOBODY likes an electrical / electronics problem.

My 99' chevy 1500 pickup truck headlights just

Could be a bad ground oh headlights or power not getting to the bulb hot side.
If you have a volt meter you can measure the voltage there on the headlamp.
First measure the hot side...if 12 volts there then measure the bulb ground side. If 12 v is there then the ground connection is bad.

Hope this helps you
