replacing the headlights is easy. There is no need to adjust the afs, is is automatically done within the vehicle. Changing the bulbs doesn't affect the afs system at all.

There is a little float mechanism inside the washer tank that is probably stuck or binding. If the wiper/washers work, you have power to the fluid tank.
Pull of the top and see if you can locate it. You might need a piece of flexible, fine wire to GENTLY help it along...

Because the blade housing is covered with plastic, you will normally replace just the squeegee portion of the blade. Go to the dealership or a god parts store and buy the refill, look for a cross reference list or measure yours with a tape measure. I believe this is either 16 or 17" on the 2004. The old rubber strip will pull out from one end and the new one will slide right in, in its place,in about 2 minutes
