Check the shutoff inertia switch. The pump relay/fuse or it could be a bad pump circuit.It could be any of these. Make sure the gas cap is tight. fuel pressure must be good for the pump to work.

Is there a fuse for fuel pump


There is a fuse and a relay for the fuel pump but it's probably not either one of them since it starts it tells me not enough fuel pressure so one thing i would start with is fuel filter then if that dont work replace the fuel pump

ford is the only one with a reset button, possibly check the fuse and relay for the fuel pump

Dodge dakota fuel shut off


Well there is no shut-off fuse, but there is a 20amp fuse that powers the auto shutdown relay and the fuel pump relay.
It should be in the fuse box in the engine compartment, and the location should be in your owners manual.

check and make sure you have 12 volts to fuel pump with key in on position, if not trace back wires to relay if good, turn key on, off , on, off
then leave on and check codes may be crank sensor, or cam sensor

Not good...you did more than I would have done...sounds like its time to take it to a qualified repairman and have him diagnose the problem(s).
