Seeing you have a GLS edition... most of them have at least a power DRIVERS seat. I own a 2003 GLX v6 and it comes with both front seats powered and heated. i hope this helps!

You need that sensor or you will overheat the heaters and may start a fire. I imagine that the sensor shuts them down when they reach a certain temperature.

Try going to the dealership and asking the guys in the shop there. They would be the ones who could really tell you whats going on.

red/white is the battery 12volts
brown is ground
white/blue or gray/white is interior (dash) light
on the others get a volt ohm meter and check the resistant between each wire, to an the others if it moves then there maybe a speaker but keep checking because there could have two speakers using the some ground, if you are putting a high power radio in each speaker needs its own ground. the safety way is put new wires for the speakers.

It would be easier if you mention what device you're working with and I can tell you what number location it's fuse is at. Symbols are only there to confuse the hell out of you, although it's true purpose is to be recognized as a global standard. Now if you want to make it easier for yourself, buying a Bentley's repair manual is the only way to go. I hate to tell you that there are no free manuals you can down load, it cost money and someones time to upload a manual just to share it freely on the net.
