May have blocked heater matrix try back flushing with hospipe remove both hoses going to the heater and flush out both ways the other issue could be a dist flap stuck or servo motor problem try flushing first if no good remove facsia panels around heater unit check wiring/connectors on servos give the motors a tap with a screwdriver handle or similar which may release the stuck/jammed flap or motor
