Are there any owners manuals for a 1978 (14 foot) Wilderness trailers?
Do I need a generator to run the plug in electrical outlets in the trailer? What does the battery run? What does the propane run? My first trailer and I don't know hardly anything about it.

That's a tough one! I've tried for nearly a year now to find a manual for a 1988 Fleetwood Wilderness Yukon. I was finally able to find one on eBay but the manual I found is NOT for my exact trailer (it's for a larger model).
Best resource, if you have no luck through the manufacturer, is to continue checking eBay. Otherwise, if you have already conducted searches using GOOGLE and YAHOO, you're looking for a needle in a haystack.
Without knowing the model of your trailer, I've found a link (see below) to Fleetwood RV's support center. I hope this points you in the right direction and you get some joy.
Hi Frank, I have a Durango 2000 and pull a 24 foot ski boot loaded with equipment. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't try towing anything without the trailer brakes connected. I purchased the Titan Trailer brakes setup and they've never failed me once. The hitch: just make sure you get the right towing capacity for your travel trailer. I have the 5.9 liter engine, which allows up to 6500 pounds of towing capacity. Your owners guide will explain how many based on engine size. Good Luck, and happy traveling. Mark
The fuses for the trailer tow adapter are in the normal fuse panels.
Engine Compartment fuse panel 101 - Is the battery charge circuit ( hot in run position ) 20 - Left Stop / Turn fuse 19 - Right Stop / Turn 5 - Trailer tow reversing lamps & Trailer Tow parking lamps
Cab Fuse Panel 23 - fuse for the relay for the trailer tow battery charge circuit
All of these are in the owners manual
