Yes - should be located on the engine block at the back on the passenger side behind the exhaust manifold. You may need a special socket to remove the old one.

For the I6 engine, there is a Throttle Body Position Sensor, (TPS) attached to the actual throttle body. This cannot be removed from the throttle body itself. You need to buy the whole throttle body which includes the TPS. Just did this myself, one of the chain stores offers lifetime warranty by the way. It's very easy, turn off all HVAC inside the cab, then disconnect the battery first, very important step. Take the top resonator off, unhook the black ducting going to the air cleaner box and throttle body. Disconnect the electrical connector on top of the throttle body. Now it's just 4 easy bolts for the entire throttle body to come off. You CAN reuse the old hard plastic O-ring, no need to get another one unless it's damaged.
For the I6 engine, the actual thermostat is on the drivers side below the alternator. The coolant temp sensor is in a bad place. Approx 06' and up, they changed the location to the drivers side, wayyyy in the back. PITA to get to. 05' and older had it located right above the thermostat, was easy.
Not That fun to get off. The come off like any bolt, counter clockwise to loosen them. Most have lock tight on them. Heat them up, or have an air hammer to beat them loose. You will also have to remove the upper fan shroud. two bolts on each side. Finagle it out, left/drivers side first.
If it's the straight 6 engine. The air cleaner is located on the front passenger side of the engine. The cover has 2-3 screws, loosen these and remove the cover. Then remove the hose clamp that holds the air cleaner on and replace.
