My Hyundai accent starts then switches off after I did engine overhaul. what is the problem? I changed fuel pump and relays

hi from uk location of fuel safety shut off valve/switch on uk r/h drive accents is on the engine bay bulkhead in front of drivers side it is a square box with red rubber top press button may be on opposite side on l/h drives ? if activated? just press button till click ? to reset these normally only cut off on impact ? to stop elec fuel pump continuing delivering if involved in an R.T.A fire prevention

first check if the pump is activating by opening the fuel tank and listening remember some one has to be turning the ignition switch if you here the pump the you have a fuel injector pulse problem if you don't here the pump then check your fuses and the relays if thats ok then check if you have power on the red wire in the fuel tank if thats ok then you need a fuel pump

you may have a bad crank shaft sensor... they cost about $110.00 and are a pain to put in.

#1. Scan for trouble codes. If any, record them and let us know which ones they are.
#2. Connect a fuel gauge to the fuel delivery line at the engine... try to start the engine while monitoring fuel pressure... if there is fuel pressure (approx 35 to 50 lbs), the problem is elsewhere.
If no fuel pressure, check fuel pump relay, fuse, wiring to fuel pump connector (power & ground - use 12volt test light). If power & ground are present, problem is the pump (fuel filter is attached to the fuel pump inside the tank).
#3. Check injectors for injector pulse, check ignition coils for spark to spark plugs.

hi from uk the reset button you are looking for is if you open bonnet then look to the left hand side of the bulkhead that is below w/screen you will find the reset button just tucked under the bilkhead adjacent to wing it is a small box with a rubber top this is the reset press down button it is either red or yellow rubber ? at least here in uk anyway ?hope this helps ?
