theres gas treament that may help it whens the last time you changed your fuel filter theres stuff you can buy if it was water mixed with the gas for some reason
just wont turn over and not starting are two different things.
if the engine will not even turn then it has indeed locked and is in engine heaven.
if its turning over and the starter is working in turning the engine over then use a little starter spray fuel in the intake.this test will conferm fuel or ignition problem.
Spray the beejesuz out of the inside of the tumbler/keyhole with WD40...replace the key and try again...Otherwise an ignition assmbly might be available through a junkyard? good Luck
