SOURCE: 1998 Ford Explorer sport 4.0L 4x2 PCV Valve Location

the pcv is located on the rear(firewall) of the drivers side valve cover.turn counterclockwise and pull to remove be careful there are 2 small tabs inside the pcv hole in the valve cover(can feel with small finger) this is to hold valve in place so it wont leak.if you have a oil leak at the pcv a quick fix is to put a small amount of silicone around the pcv o-ring and install.wait hours for silicone to set up.

06 Pontiac Torrent pcv valve tubing has a grommet on the end of it which goes into the valve cover from the air hose could you please tell me what the end looking grommet is called

no photo by you showing bad part on the engine why ask the blind?
no engine told at all, and is 100% engine question. dang.
why not read that on GM OEM parts page, for this car.
if new PVC and zoned, is missing the grommet then the part is OEM part only.
the name you just is perfect.

here is my wild guess 3.4L engine guess 1, part below guess 2

How to change engine cooling sensor on 2007 ford fusion

To begin, this year fusion had some issues with overheating problems which seem to be solved by 'bleeding' the coolant system of all air. Historically, an air bubble will become superheated and cause the temp needle on the dash to rise suddenly. This is often mis-diagnosed as a bad sensor, so initially be sure that the system is free of any air and is completely filled with coolant. http://www.fordfusionforum.com/topic/10969-engine-temp-gets-hot-sporadically/ If you do find that this does not solve the problem, and you determine that a sensor replacement is called for, it is always helpful to provide the engine size. The most popular engine was the 2.3 liter, 4 cylinder. If that is your motor, then it has two temp sensors. One is the cylinder head temp sensor and the other being the coolant temp sensor. If you have trouble code P0128, then this could be a result of a stuck thermostat, bad connection to the sensor or a bad sensor as you have determined. The reason I am providing all of this information is that you should eliminate other simple problems before replacing sensors. The temp sensor is located as an attachment to the water outlet adapter on the lower radiator hose. It is identified as part #19 in the attached diagram. http://www.autopartslib.com/2007-2-3l-ford-fusion-radiator-components-parts-diagram/ and is a threaded component. It sells for about $20. A pic of the part can be seen here: http://www.1aauto.com/coolant-temperature-sensor/i/1atsu00022?f=831037&y=2007&utm_campaign=gb_csv_br&utm_content=TSU&gclid=CPe2j_a7zr4CFdRj7AodJQoAvg. Again, I am guessing as to your motor size. Other sizes will have different applications. Good Luck!
