I've never seen fuses for each side on any Mitsubishi. What you most likely have is a bad ground or corroded bulb housing. Take the LHS light assembly out and inspect the connectors. You can also test that a bulb actually works by connecting it directly to the wiring harness.

on less than 3/4 in., and on more than 1 1/2 in ., keep in mind car must be on ground to see. shaft will spead when wheels off ground
