It sounds like you have a shifted or broken radial belt in one of your tires.
A new set with balancing should take care of it.

First off you need new bolts as they are one time use stretch to yield bolts.
Step 1 - 20nm , step 2 - 60nm then 130 degrees of bolt head rotation*.

Vacuum reservior 1996 Jeep Grand Laredo

The vacuum res. is a black (can,football,round) shaped item. I do not remember if it is behind the bumper on the pass. side of car. It could also be under the hood on the pass. side. Pass. side under the hood are vacuum lines, follow them, one will go to the res.

Hallo

Sounds like the park-neutral-park switch needs replaced. Try moving the gearstick forwards and backwards quickly all the way 5 times and see if that helps. If it does, you need the a new PNP switch.
