It has new plugs, wires, coil packs, and fuel. I had my wife engage the key and i cant hear or feel the fuel pump engaging. also for the last two days it has been hesitating to start on the first try or even the second.
Sounds like fuel pump relay. This should come on the moment the ignition is switched on to pressurise the system. It then is on a timer and will go off after a few seconds if the engine isn't cranked. Find out where it is and see if it is a normal relay (no electronics inside) in which case, the fuel pump is controlled by the ECU. If electronics inside, then it is the timer type of relay and it would be worth considering replacing.
Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then
it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure
or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty
ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
