Have a 99 Hyundai Accent that was in a small rollover and when trying to start it it acts like there is no power just the starter clicking battery is charged and good any suggestions

first make sure your battery is good.....one possibility may be your starter.. try hit the starter with a hammer or something similar a few times then try starting it... if that works then u need to replace your starter

Under the dash fuse box ,fuse 15 (TCM ECT) is a combination of cluster, heater and headlights.probably a relay fuse!!!!! fuse 16is a relay fuse.

SOURCE: 95 hundai accent wont start

The wiring diagrams for the 95 Accent do not show any OEM (original equipment manufacture) 'anti-theft' systems.... this does not preclude the possibility that an After Market system was installed.
