Post 3 and still not one photo or word,as to what information is missing?
and then 3 ,posts
My Cluster DIC is dead. is true name.
driver info center display.
does not working mean DEAD
as this display shows 100s of data.
the operators guide on this, seems endless......
so DEAD is clear.more clear
is it dead, with head lamps on>?

why not check fuses first
then scan it,2nd.
say this
why x,y.z are dead
"speedo, fuel, radio, nav, data, or waring lamps dead or, or or
we cant guess what you can not see!
see?

im reading the book on your are saying
the DIC is dead.?
driver information center=DIC
it clearly states "instrument cluster"
if that is totally dead (vast data there possible)
it can be.
1; fuse blown to it.
2:it;s bad
3: communication to it lost, network issues.

it is a pure,data display
as all such devices need this. to function.
1; power
2:good data.
not scanning it now, is hopeless.
OBD2 scan tool , any. use it ,scan it and win.

does this display glow if head lamps are turned on.?
.I have a Suzuki 2007 xl7 and the information cente - e2894d14-d90a-45a4-8a89-d6006d01783b.jpg

can i presume only DIC is dead but gauges work?
    OK DEAD IS DEAD
    THAT MEANS NO POWER
    FUSE
SO SIMPLE NO? ah but only DIC is dead,
do you know how to test fuses
    with a meter ?
if the look bad they are
if the look good we test them
or look in the service manual, see which fuse it is..easy
4bucks a day or all you can vacuum down 1 day.
real book not fake, like most here post.https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/1...

im trying to read the book now on your cluster
ok have schematic on my screen
    first is DIC pin DIM
is the dash dimmer knob all the way down
    no
    next
    cluster fuse, 18, marked CLSTR
    blown?
the cluster provides power to DIC
if the whole cluster works but not DIC
    then DIC is burned out
or the cluster power wire is dead
i think pin 2 DIC is 5vdc, if that dead
    oops, bad cluster regulator inside
    id check all fuses.
if i thought dic bad or worse that pin 2 refr.

SM
the real manual is only 4 lousy bucks.

the real book to ,not FAKE
btw best is to leave it alone, as its not bad, 99% of time.
ever use your scan tool first and fuses

Body control modul

The problem here is that the BCM you installed must be programmed, you need special GM factory scanner to do this. There is no way around it.
