My Pontiac Bonneville will not start. It turns over, get gas, but won't start and we think it may be a security issue. Is there a way to bypass the security system without having to take it in and get reset?
The car will run when the key is in start position. As soon as you reales the key it dies
No,check for spark first. The security code comes off the key itself & never needs servicing. If no spark,there's a load of things to check,but start with the fuses, then engine codes. Should narrow it down a bit.
