SOURCE: Wipers and fluid just stopped working...fuse?
It is possible it may be a fuse. Look down on either side of your dash you will see a plastic cover that says 'FUSES".
Pull it open and you will see many different fuses.
Your fuse will be marked wipers.
Check that fuse,
If it IS good, then depending on your technical expertise you can go to the windshield wiper motor and start doing some tests.

Hi Kolby, I guess you've checked the fuses? They are normally inside the cabin and behind the small locker for licences and small change. If the instrument panel lights are also defective that is where I suggest you look. If that is not the problem they are operated via a relay, which may have become defective. Regards 'John

Should be behind the coin holder by your left knee.
Sorry this photo is not great - your owners manual should have the details.
On most models you have to pull the coin holder down and then remove it, and sometimes there is another panel covering the fuses.
Sometimes it is directly under the dash at the bottom of the knee bolster but in the same general area.
It
can be faulty wiper motor or blown wiper control fuse.
Do
you hear any kind of noise when you starter the wiper function. If yes then
fuse is ok, but issue is wiper motor.
If
no movement at all and no noise then its blown fuse or shorted/loose wiper
control wiring:-----
