If you wish to obtain a replacement emissions label, most manufacturers make the labels available for purchase. The labels can usually be ordered from a local dealer.

1999 pontiac sunfire starts and then dies has been sitting for 5 years

Could be condensation in the gas, or the gas is simply old. Could be fuel deliver isn't happening. Could be fuel line clogged or fuel filter clogged.

I have to replace rotted gas lines for a 99 sunfire. There are three lines that look to be two different sizes, Would you know what these are?

The main fuel line that goes to fuel filter is 3/8. The vent line & evap line are 5/16. Some parts of those lines reduce to 1/4 near fittings.

I am trying to install a fuel pump for a 2003 sunfire.

Once you get the fuel tank out, its self explanatory. Some cars do have a access panel under the seat, but I dont think a sunfire does.
