You take it to the dealer ! Need's to be programmed .

Body Control Module (BCM) Programming/RPO Configuration

The body control module (BCM) must be programmed with the proper RPO configurations. The BCM stores the information regarding the vehicle options and if the BCM is not properly configured with the correct RPO codes, the BCM will not control all of the features properly. Ensure that the following conditions exist in order to prepare for BCM programming:
• The battery is fully charged.
• The ignition switch is in the ON position.
• The data link connector (DLC) is accessible.
• All disconnected modules and devices are reconnected before programming.
To setup a new BCM, use the Tech 2 in conjunction with the Saturn Service Stall System . Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) in Programming.
If the BCM fails to accept the program, perform the following steps:
• Inspect all BCM connections.
• Verify that the scan tool has the latest software version

My 2003 L200 Saturn fuel pump quit working at 100010 mile. The garage has replaced it 2 times now in the last 100 miles. They have no idea what is causing it. It is now out again.

You will need it at a shop that can run diagnostics on saturns. I sure hope you can find an independent shop, and not have to take it to a GM dealership, who like people with big fat wallets.
You will need probably a high end scanner to scan the body control module. I think, but not positive, that the bcm has a hand in fuel pump control.
Go here and post your question. There is a tech there called saturntech who can answer all Saturn questions.http://www.2carpros.com/makes/saturn/l200.
Or go there and search. they do answer free questions. They also have a donation program to keep the site up and going, but do not require donations.

Just had 03 l200 bcm repaired at aes how do i get it to work now

Any PCM, BCM, or ignition switch assembly that's replaced requires what's described as a Passlock re-learn procedure to synchronize the three subassemblies for proper operation. This either takes place at Saturn or during a 30-minute DIY procedure in three 10-minute cycles. The procedure is basically to leave the ignition ON for 10-minutes, cycling the ignition OFF and then ON for another 10-minutes and once more until repeated three times, never starting at any time. After the third cycle the ignition can be turned to start the engine to confirm that all components have successfully been synchronized. A failure to start means an incorrect re-learn procedure was done and needs to be repeated all over again. The security light will flash during the process and eventually turn off altogether as indication of successful re-learing security codes for any new part replaced. What isn't changed are the VIN and mileage that Saturn equipment can do. The security system is divided into three parts; the ignition switch sensors, the PCM, and the BCM. Any one of these subassemblies being replaced requires the BCM to relearn the new replacement part otherwise you'll just have a dead engine unable to run. New BCM's come as blanks that Saturn address' with their Techtool II with VIN and mileage copied from the failed BCM. 'Field' BCM's removed from vehicles still retain VIN and mileage that can only be changed by Saturn. There may be other programmed accessories that have to considered to be compatible to the original one removed for replacement.

key remotes

Replacing the BCM will require the remotes to be reprogammed. The problem is that you need a scan tool with the proper software to perform the programming. Here is the procedure for reprogramming if you have access to a tool. If not you should put a call into a local garage that does diagnostic work or the dealer. If it were just a battery change you could resync without programming.

Where the body control module is locaded on saturn l200 2003

It always seems that answers to Saturn L problems often derive wildly different solutions, and my GM dealer has performed extensive electrical work to the wiring harness & replaced the fuse block and after I paid the $751. It turned out all the front lighting was totally out of whack and they expect more $ to get that right! It seems to me that they recommended the work and now expect a blank check and keep finding more issues to charge me for. They even suggest that they replace the BCM... Please BEWARE of Ed Rikne GM in Center Line MI. There very HUNGRY for the $$$!

2003 Saturn Ignition and Security System Troubles

Sorry to say but it's probably the BCM (body control module) that's going in her car. The BCM controls everything inside your car, from the gauges, locks, daytime running lamps, ABS... and yes the security system. I have a 2003 L200 which had the same problem and I had to replace the BCM at some cost ($400-$600) depending on where you go. The L-Series Saturns seem to have a problem with their BCMs and it seems that it's pretty prevalent. Unfortunately it will only get worse as time goes on and it's not something that you can do yourself as it needs to be programmed by the dealer. You also will need to get your remotes reprogrammed as well with the new BCM. Hope this helps.
