sounds like the rev limiter is kicking in to keep the engine from over rev damage, there should be a way to get the limiter disabled or perhaps get the turbo building boost sooner.
this is a coolant performance code. Usuallly sets this code if the connector was left unhooked to the coolant sensor or the thremostat is stuck open. By any chance do you have a gauge that seems to be on the cold side ??
hi that sounds like the idle control sensor or tps throttle position sensor, if the i.c.s is stuffed you wont be able to boost and ur revs will be all over the show going up andown when car isnt moving hope this helps5
not sure here ,really need to have a drive and a play ,but from the sound of it ,turbo ?? rubber hoses split?? in fact anything associated with the turbo i would look at ,including air flow sensors
Many automotive computers have a RPM limiting feature that tries to prevent engine damage if something is amiss.
This should allow you to drive to repair point but keeps the engine from doing a lot of work.
You need to have your computer scanned to determine what the stored error codes are.
You can have this done free at any auto parts chain.
If the noise sounds like a weeeeeee that increases in pitch as the RPMs increase, and you haven't heard this sound before the 'problem', suspect the alternator...
