replace the rear diff fluid with honda dual pump fluid. drive it for about half an hour and replace the fluid again.

Your vehicle may be part of a 2002 honda/acura recall. Faulty ignition switch!! Typical symptoms are: Random stalls, hard start, no spark, power loss (symptoms progress in hotter weather). When the vehicle stalls/shuts off while in motion, usually the speedometer drops to "0" while in motion. Some warning light not lit when ignition is set to "on" (chk engine/ABS/Brake etc.). try changing the altenator or the battery.

what you have is a bad ignition module, when it get hot it stops working, soon it will not start any more, replace it sit in distributor.
