If you brought your car to Honda for service, they probably forgot to reset the maintenance reminder. If you took it to another shop, they probably did not know how to reset it. Anyway, the reset procedure is:
Put your key in the ignition
Turn the key to the II position for a couple of seconds
Then turn the key to the off position
Now push and hold in the odometer reset button
While still holding the odometer reset button, turn the key back to the II position
Hold for I think 10 seconds or so and your maintenance reminder light should reset it self.

I am sorry to bum you guys out, but this usually means the piston in the torque converter is bad. The converter needs to be replaced along with a transmission flush.

the blower motor is located behind and under the glove box. its held to the blower housing by three screws. remove the three screws and the motor will slide down and towards you. to test the motor. apply power to the yelllow/black wire and ground to the blue/red wire. the motor should run. if not you prob have a faulty power resistor.
SOURCE: check engine light is on,
Could be as simple as a loose gas cap or cap seal or a bad o2 sensor. A falty cat. converter will also cause the check engine light to come on. Either way, you need to go either to a dealer or some auto parts stores will plug in the dioegnostic sensor and can tell what is wrong. your gas milage will suffer until you get this fixed. Your engine computer uses the inputs from your o2 sensers to adjust the fuel air mixture of the engine for optimum engine performance.
