I don't think this is possible. Your AFB engine requires an AFB-compatible ECU. The AFB code is specific to that engine design due to parameters of the engine itself. My 99 A4 has the AHA V6 30v engine, which can only be controlled by an AHA ECU. Changing the ECU does not change the engine itself, and trying to use an ECU from a different engine code will not work. If you want to use a different engine, you'd need that new engine's ECU, engine bay harness, accessories and mounts, and possibly even the chassis harness from the donor car. It'd be a tremendous amount of work.

SOURCE: audi a4 tdi stiff gearchange worse when hot 1197 model

tandard practice to change the oil on a clutch replacement. Was the replacemmiles it's covered, but it's not sounds like the gearbox oil need changing. You don't say how many miles it has done. Gear box oil is not usually changed in a clutch replacement. Did an Audi garage carry out the rlacement? It could be the cable needs adjusting to allow the clutch to have free movement

Need an Audi radio code for my 2003 A6. Can you help?

if you dont have it you will need to call the dealer.
Or remove the stereo and get the make and model and search online.
Its going to cost if the dealer won't give it to you for free

Radio code audi navigation

The only way to get this code is to either have it in the owners manual or go to the dealer.  The dealer has to get online using the factory scan tool and put in the VIN and radio serial number to generate a radio code via the Audi Server.

It does not have power to overtake although when stood it will rev it is an audi A3 1.9 tdi and is 2000

Your motor probably runs in "failsafe" mode (won't go past 3000rpm in highest gear), but in that case the ECU warning light should also come on (which might also be broken ofcourse).

Try releasing and reconnecting the battery (-connectors), which should "reset" any fault-codes in the ECU and see if the TDI power is back. Please note that the "cause" of the ECU faultcodes will probably put the motor back in "failsafe" mode within minutes ! But at least you've verified that your motor runs in "failsafe" mode due to serious faultcodes in the ECU.

You should have a dealer/expert read the ECU faultcodes using VAGCOM to determine the cause. A dealer will charge something like 50~60$ for it.

Since it's a 1.9TDI my best guess is that's it a broken N75 turbo-valve (common TDI issue, replacing the part yourself will cost less than $30 and 15 minutes). When the dealer suggests a complete replacement of the Turbo-unit (quite expensive), please have a TDI-expert do an 2nd opinion ...
