Yes,remove heater hoses from heater core there on the fire wall. Purchase a hose connector,5/8 or 3/4 from a parts store,of course if the heater hoses are different in size you will need to purchase a heater hose connector with 5/8 on one end and 3/4 on the other end and remember to purchase two hose clamps.
WHAT and freeze in winter its not problem the car has been wrongly fitted with government import regulations .All Daewoos lanoss need computer bye pass put in or your car will do all kinds of funny thing all you can do to get your car back like new true no fuel pumps left as mechanics cant work this problem out its the computer dont buy new one just fix old one bye getting a bye pass put into your car ok good luck ...
but he is right if you dont know how to put heater motor in easy bog it up and freeze its on firewall utube how to fix they have step by step mechanics to show you but is easy and cheap .
