supposed to be in the receiver port on the rear towing hitch sounds like someone removed the receiver and never put the pin back in so it fell out

This can be a result of blown head gasket. Your vehicle is suppose to have water build up in the exhaust but this is limited to a small quantity. if it pours out, you have a water port which leaks to the exhaust. replace as soon as possible to avoid further engine damage. the flange gasket is also not good anymore this is why you can see the water coming out there.

Yes you do have on on the areostar, its on the rear of the intake and no there is no exhaust pipe that goes to it its all done through the intake manifold the inner port of the intake manifold has a port that goes to the exhaust. when you take off the inner cover youll see it it kinda in the middle toward the rear left.

Usually a problem with an AIR system "air injection reactor" pumping oxygen into the exhaust when its not supposed to.This is an emissions control device and is important to have functioning properly.

What normally happens when an exhaust gasket has gone and the engine has been run in that condition for some time , is , that the exhaust manifold surface bends like a banana. If you still have exhaust blow, then i suggest you take it back off and check with a straight edge to see if it is indeed bent, or has any cracks or holes, in which case you will have to take it to a machine shop for straigtening.etc Then seal the gaskets with exhaust paste and refit, all will be ok then
