SOURCE: low speed fan relay for the 2005 chrysler town and country

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

encrypted software ,dealer only----yes i know you are showing a reading but it doesnt mean anything or if it does it shows a different code .so your snap on or mac tools scanner is a waste of time and money.Nearly all new motors from 2005 are using encrypted software to stop general mechanics like me from working

07 chrysler twc 3.8 upper intake tightening sequence

I found a forum post on Jeep Enthusiast Forums that provides the tightening sequence for the 3.8L upper intake plenum of a 2007 Chrysler TWC. Here are the steps:

Remove covering on lower intake manifold and clean surfaces.
Inspect manifold gasket condition. Gaskets can be re-used, if not damaged. Position new gasket in seal channel and press lightly in-place. Repeat procedure for each gasket position.
Position upper manifold on lower manifold.

Apply Mopar® Lock & Seal Adhesive (Medium Strength Threadlocker) to each upper intake manifold bolt.
Install and tighten bolts to 12 N·m (105 in. lbs.) using torque sequence.

Here is the torque sequence for the 3.8L upper intake plenum:

6 2 4
5 1 3

Please note that this information is provided as-is and I recommend consulting a professional mechanic for any further assistance.

I have unseen coolant loss with no overheating unless coolant gets to low. Can the coolant loss be through the intake manifold gaskets? My vehicle is a 2002 Chrysler 3.8 in a Town and County van (No rear...

it is unlikely that it would be leaking through the intake manifold gasket as such, but loss of water is usually caused by leakage, but they are not always easy to find, depending how much water you are losing as to where it is leaking, sometimes if it is a leaking water hose at the clamp it will only leak when you first start the engine & stop when the engine warms up ( very hard to detect) it could be the head gasket is starting to blow check the exhaust pipe when the engine gets up to normal running temperature to see if there is any steam coming out if so that may well be the problem......hope this helps......cheers.

Tune up on cown and country (chrysler)

I just changed the rear spark plugs on my 1997 Chrysler Town & Country this weekend. It took me about 7 hours to do everything. When you replace the rear spark plugs, its a good item to replace everything i have listed below. Listed below are the items i changed while i was in there:

Valve Cover Gaskets
All 6 sparks (the rear are the hardest) I used the Bosch Plat. +4
Intake manifold gasket (only cost $3-4)
Throttle body gasket.
Air filter
Spark Plug Wires

I also bought some throttle body cleaner and sprayed the throttle body to clean it out. When the throttle body is dirty your van can stall.
I took pictures of everything i took apart, which i can email you to help you out.

Thank You,
Nip
