Do you mean that there is no spark at the spark plug? Have you pulled out a plug, grounded it and cranked the engine to check to see what colour (if any) the spark is? If there is no spark at the plug, then either change the plugs if they look to be in very poor condition, or change the coil.
coil intention chip?do you mean power transistor?that is what i would change if no spark you would need a diode tester on a digital volt meter to test that item.other then that i would change the cam sensor in the distributor. with out seeing it that is all i can tell from my experience.
The over flow cap is probably worn out. you might trying changing it. If that does not corect the problem, you might, god forbid, have a blown head gasket

I'd say get the alignment done first, and hope you have'nt ruined the tires already. Alignment problems can also wear out bearings prematurely. Start with a rotation of the tires & alignment.
